2. Sun Time Information

• The sun time data shown on the Site is calculated using date, location, time zone, and astronomical information.
• Actual visible sunrise and sunset may vary depending on weather, atmospheric conditions, elevation, buildings, mountains, trees, and the local horizon.
• The Site is not intended for aviation, marine navigation, emergency planning, legal deadlines, religious obligations, or any other situation where exact timing is critical.
• You are responsible for deciding whether the information is suitable for your own use.

3. Intellectual Property

• The Site’s content, layout, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sunrise and Sunset Times, unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without prior written permission.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrise and Sunset Times, Ian Web Labs, and their operators, affiliates, or service providers shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where certain limitations are not allowed, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, applicable laws, or our operating practices.
